Before & After School Care Program for students ages 5-14 and enrolled in grades K-8.
Qualifying children will be invited to register on a first-come, first-in basis according to the screening process below. Children who pass the screening for Gifted Preschool, and who successfully complete the program, may automatically qualify for DVU
General education, tuition-based preschool programs offer opportunities for children from the ages of 2 to 5 years old. Options for 2-, 3-, or 5-days per week, half or full day are available. The options will vary by age and site.
Summer camp program for students in grades K-8 and age 5-14.
Campers will have fun participating in a variety of activities designed to promote language learning! Through songs, games, and hands-on activities, students will learn new vocabulary, interact in the target language, and engage in meaningful communication! In addition, students will participate in Chinese arts and crafts projects which incorporate the themes and culture, allowing students to express their creativity while being immersed in the language.
Note: These camps are for students currently enrolled in the Mandarin immersion program at Desert Sage or Gavilan Peak schools.
