If there was ever a time when yoga was needed, it is now! Join us in a gentle flow practice right from your own space. Take the time to take care of you. Create peace and harmony in your heart and soul by calming the mind, stretching and strengthening the body, and connecting to your breath. This slow-paced class will help you develop flexibility with gentle movements in your body. No experience is necessary. Just grab your mat, blanket or towel, a strap (belt, robe tie, etc.) and let's practice together for an hour of rejuvenation. You will receive login links and access codes via email prior to class.
