PAZ Yoga Kids (IN PERSON)
What is Kids Yoga?Kids Yoga is a form of yoga that is designed specifically for children. It includes poses to increase strength, flexibility, and coordination. Classes are intended to be fun and my include age-appropriate games, animal sounds, and creative names for poses.Children derive enormous benefits from yoga. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination, and body awareness. In addition, their concentration, sense of calmness, and relaxation improves.
Before & After School Care Program for students ages 5-14 and enrolled in grades K-8.
General education, tuition-based preschool programs offer opportunities for children from the ages of 2 to 5 years old. In 2020-2021, options for 2-, 3-, or 5-days per week, half or full day are available. The options will vary by age and site.
